Search syntax
  • 2023-12345 — search by certificate number to jump straight to a specific tax-certificate record.
  • smith* — wildcard / prefix. The trailing word always prefix-matches, so smit finds SMITH in an owner name.
  • "john smith" — quotes lock the phrase. Both words must appear adjacent, in order.
  • Search by parcel ID (folio / strap) to find every certificate tied to a single parcel. Multi-word queries require all words to match by default; add * to relax trailing words.
